Yoschika has over 10 years’ experience in the administration of Group Benefits. Yoschika plays a key role in providing clients as well as brokers with superior customer service and support. Yoschika assists the Director, Group Benefits in obtaining quotations for clients and creating group benefits packages to suit clients’ individual needs.

Most importantly Yoschika acts as a liaison with insurance carriers to ensure clients’ day to day claims and group administration processes operate smoothly.

Prior to joining the company Yoschika worked for the Hudson’s Bay Company as the Department Head of their ladies designer fashions division. Yoschika graduated from the University of Toronto with her Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Sociology.
